Durham General Hospital Durham General Hospital in Durham, NC engaged Wilmot to produce a source reduction and recycling plan. Our team designed and executed a waste audit that provided a comprehensive picture of the hospital’s waste flow. All ten of the hospital’s departments participated in the audit. Upon completion, Wilmot developed a waste reduction model and assisted the hospital with designing and launching a staff training program to ensure compliance and successful implementation.
